Cancellation Policy

These general conditions are agreed between DARTECOR, with address at Travessa da Bela, nº 13, 4815-336 - Moreira de Cónegos, tax identification number 257 876 553 and contact +351 910773344, hereinafter referred to as “Dartecor“ and people who wish to purchase online classes through the website www.dartecor.com, hereinafter referred to as "Client". .DARTECOR is commited in present the Client with a set of skills and knowledge about Oil Painting technics and materials. .The Client is commited in focusing on the lectured information and finish the exercises proposed by DARTECOR. .If the Client skips a third of his classes DARTECOR will not give the Participation Certificate. .If the Client skips a scheduled class, the money for that class will not be refund. .If DARTECOR skips a scheduled class, the money for that class will be refund to the Client. .DARTECOR gives itself the right to cancel classes at any given moment, with or without the presentation of reasonable cause. .When the contract is canceled by DARTECOR the Client will see their money refund if associated with the Semiannual or Annual Plan. .The Client gives him or herself the right to cancel classes at any given moment, with or without the presentation of reasonable cause. .When the contract is canceled by the Client without reasonable cause, DARTECOR will not refund their money. .Refunded money on canceled Plans by the part of the Client with a reasonable cause are only refered to pre paid plans such has the Semiannual or the Annual Plan and are only related with the Classes that are paid but will not happen. Classes that where all ready lectured are not refundable. .The Client is not obliged to participate in the annual students exhibition if he or her are not interested in this participation. .The Client is not obliged to participate in the Plein Air event of August. .The Month of August is included in the Monthly, Semiannual and Annual Plan, has an integral part of the course. During the month of August the Client will have Offline work to do in order to present it in September, has well has the free Inscription to participate in the Plein Air event. By accepting and prociding with the payment of a Plan, the Client is agreeing with this terms and conditions.
